David Drake

As a boy, David Drake loved a good mystery and was known among his classmates as the go to guy when things got lost or something unexplainable occurred. He often wrote stories about them later. He always loved to read and understands what kinds of things young people enjoy. One thing that sets him apart from many other authors is that he tries to always use the ‘best’ word and not the ‘easiest’ word. Words that may be unfamiliar to young readers are always defined on the spot so the reader doesn’t have to take time off from the story to look them up.
